International Conference will be Held in May in Najaf

The International Conference of (al-Zahra (peace be upon her) is the address of Islamic unity), which will be held in the holy city of Najaf from 11 – 13/5/2012 sponsored by His Eminence the leader Sayyid Muqtada al-Sadr. The delegation, headed by Sheikh Ali Smesim, met religious Islamic, Christian and Druze figures to invite them to participate in the blessed Conference, where the delegation met with Vice President of Supreme Islamic Shiite Council Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan, then met with Patriarch Bshara, the guardian of the Jesuits in Lebanon Then the delegation visited the Christian University and met Dr. Saleem Daccache, the dean of the university.  The delegation also met his Eminence Sheikh Mohammed Asseiran, the Mufti of Saida, and Sayyid Ali Makki, the manager of the religious Hawza in the area of ​​Habbush and Sheikh Hussein Al Qubaisi and Sayyid Ali al-Sayyid. The delegation also met the judge Yahya al-Rifai'e. They all thanked His Eminence  the leader Sayyid Muqtada al-Sadr for his efforts in the approximation of viewpoints between various religions.
