Absentia Sentence Against Tariq al-Hashimi

Tariq al-Hashimi, who was referred and his bodyguards to the Criminal Court yesterday, Faces an absentia sentence on the term 4 from terrorism law after the investigation was completed in one case involved three terrorist crimes committed against innocent citizens out of 150 terrorist acts, including bombing of vehicles, explosive devices, rocket attacks and assassinations.

The judiciary issued, in December 19, arrest warrant against Tariq al-Hashimi.
