Editorial of Adhwa Magazine (Is it a government or….?)

The government may be defined as an establishment which protects its lands and takes care of people with public interests. To have these tasks perfect, two conditions ought to be available and they are; (ability) and (justice)
When there are security and military forces capable of keeping people's lives, sky, and water… undoubtedly, ability will be available … as the idea of country without citizens is a meaningless thought. Thus people's confidence in their forces leads to their feeling in tranquility towards these forces which gives them real ability to defend their lands and people as experiences proved.   
While the second condition that can not be available without Sharia, law and establishment of independent judiciary that keep people's rights and achieve equality among them to prevent control of the rich on the weak or poor.
In case these two conditions are weak or lost to people's confidence and respect… it will lead to unfavourable consequences… in particular Iraq would become an area for conflicts among its people besides greediness and intervenes of the neighbouring countries, but what is more unexpected in this time is violence on our borders by what is called (Kuwait), which is considered a small part of Iraq, that threatens at invading Iraqi lands !!!...
Where the country grants others pretexts to have them intervene in its interior affairs because of inability to control situations. So, Turkey has a justification when it attacks PKK party of Kurdish because the latter is found on the Iraqi lands and so does Iran…when it attacks organization of (Mujahidi Khalq) as the latter is found on the Iraqi lands. Where's the ability of the government to keep security? And where is the ability of the government to protect its lands from the interference of the neighbouring countries? If it pretends that it is able to keep security, how does it have the ability to face developed countries having modern technology? In fact democracy is nice while the nicest thing is freedom… but when they are changed into impediments they will lose their meanings  so we believe that the lesson will certainly be in the results of the events happened (when the cause is known …. Surprise is spoilt)
