Vitaly Churkin: “Russia does not Allow Conflict in Syria”

The Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations, Vitaly Churkin, announced that Russia will not allow the UN Security Council to issue a decision to inflame the situation in Syria and will not allow to pass a text we consider wrong.

“Moscow will suggest to set a date to invite General, Mohamed al-Dabi head of Arab observers to the Security Council for talking about the work of the observer mission.” he said.
