Seid Muqtada Al-Sadr stops military operations

Al-Sadr declared stopping military operations against US troops because of the latter starting to withdraw from Iraq formally, where he said; desiring from me on Iraq independence for having US forces withdraw from Iraq, I see that it is obligatory to stop military operations against them until they completely withdraw the last soldier from our lands. Al-Sadr added; if not, resistance operations will be continued in a new style and extremely powerful beats. Here is the text of the statement;-
By the Name of Allah     
Desiring from me on independence of Iraq and withdrawal of US troops, I see it is obligatory on the resistance to stop military operations especially when the leader of occupation informed our government by formally withdrawal. 
As soon as the withdrawal is completely perfect from Iraqi areas, military operations will be stopped until further notice…
But when it won't be perfect, and there are no independent decisions, or lands the operations, in this time, will be in a new style and more powerful beats.
At last I am going to present my thanks to all my brothers in honest resistance for the efforts exerted in liberating Iraq from western evils, my thanks are also to media efforts, political voices that demand liberating their country, working big religious scholars, our respected heads of tribes, elites whether they are professors or academics and voices of women, those who lost their lovers, sons and husbands in the bombings took place in all Iraqi areas, to all those who supported resistance. I urge the government to hasten withdrawal and not be subjected to all pressure practiced by the west.
I ask God to have Iraqis live peacefully away from the western plans which aim to tear unity of peoples.
I praise to Allah to have the word of the right high and refute the word of the evil and make it low, enjoying our sights in the day of Imam Mahdi, the real leader of the worlds, appearance when He spreads the good all over the world.
